		The Colden Trail Riders, along with the snowmobile clubs of western NY participated in Fighting Hunger, sponsored by the Food Bank of WNY

	Our donations will help feed needy families all over Western New York. A spacial thanks goes out to a special sponsor and friend to The Colden Trail Riders for our clubs single largest donation. Thanks to all of our member that participated and dropped off their donations at The Colden Lakes while attending clubs events and supporting our sponsor.

	The Colden Trail Riders Winter Picnic 08’.. was a great success. We had approximately 75 people stop in throughout the day. At one point we had over 42 sleds. Thanks to the groomers for working what snow we had for making the day enjoyable. The trails were fair but the food and drink was great. Everyone brought something to be enjoyed, from Jambulaya, Italian Sausage, shrimp cocktail,home made rigatoni with meatballs, sausage to homemade brownies and some great cheese cake.We had the old standby hot dogs and hamburgers everyone ate and rode with a full stomach. A big thanks to Al and Kathryn Harding for opening up there home to us. Mellissa Armstrong for helping out and everyone for attending.
